Yeah... it was my fault. Was going in the opposite direction for 1 street to save time & get to a dock, and ran into a delivery driver entering the bike lane. It was head-on, but luckily both of us escaped pretty much unscathed.
This happened back in October, and I guess it was a good lesson. I haven't made the same mistake since...
